Hapag-Lloyd announces Rate Increase effective April 1, 2010
Please be advised that Hapag-Lloyd will implement a General Rate Increase (GRI) as follows with effect from April 1, 2010
Canada (via West Coast Canadian Ports)
to Central and South American Pacific Coast Ports (Mexico, Guatemala, El Salvador, Honduras, Costa Rica, Colombia, Ecuador, Peru, Chile)
- USD 150 per 20' container and USD 300 per 40' container.
The following commodities are excluded:
- Agricultural Products (including Pulses, Beans and Lentils)

Exclusion removed for
- Paper/Forest Products (including Lumber, Woodpulp, KLB - Kraft Linerboard, Sack Paper, Newsprint/Directory Paper)
