Hapag-Lloyd will increase rates effective March 1, 2013.
We would like to inform you that Hapag-Lloyd will increase rates for all cargoes and all container types from Indian Subcontinent to South East Asia & North East Asia by:
- USD 50 per TEU with effect from March 1, 2013
Indian Subcontinent is defined as being the ports in Bangladesh, Pakistan, Sri Lanka and India.
North East Asia is defined as being the ports in China, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Korea and Japan.
South East Asia is defined as being the ports in Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, Brunei, Thailand, Myanmar, Vietnam, Cambodia and Philippines.
The Merchant is responsible for all necessary clearances and licenses (as per Clause 12 Hapag-Lloyd Bill of Lading/Sea Waybill Terms and Conditions).
