General Rate Increase – Trans-Atlantic Trade

Hapag-Lloyd will increase rates effective April 1, 2013.

We would like to inform you that with effect from April 1, 2013 Hapag-Lloyd will increase rates for all cargoes and all container types in the trade from and to North America and Mexico as follows:

From Canada, USA and Mexico

From North Europe and the Mediterranean

From / To / Via Portland, OR
Hapag-Lloyd will apply an additional of USD 150 per container due to considerably increased terminal costs.
