 07.11.02   Naming of the "Hong Kong Express" - A superlative ship 
The "Hong Kong Express", one of the world's largest containerships, was named today in the Chinese city of Hong Kong. The patron was Kerstin Larsson, wife of the Executive Board Chairman of Schenker AG, Hakan Larsson.<BR>

 04.10.02   New liner service encircles the globe 
<P>From November onwards Hapag-Lloyd along with five other shipping lines will be offering improved shipment facilities between Europe, North America and Australasia. The partners will be deploying 22 ships altogether.</P>

 29.04.02   Hapag-Lloyd Group in 2001 - Another successful financial year 
In 2001, Hapag-Lloyd Group improved on its already very good result for the previous year. Liner shipping, VTG-Lehnkering and Algeco in particular achieved gratifying profit increases. Despite the only slow recovery of the world economy, Hapag-Lloyd expects to put in another satisfactory performance in 2002.
