Shipment of Special Cargo
Our special cargo department (LSOP = special cargo service and operation) in Hamburg plans and supervises the
smooth transport of special cargo world-wide. Our staff consists of nautical experts with experience ranging from
piece goods to heavy cargo. The execution is controlled by specifically designed in-house processes according to
uniform guidelines to ensure safe transportation of your commodity.
LSOP provides advice for the choice of the correct transportation equipment including for correct packing, bracing and protection of the goods in the container or the assigned special equipment. Furthermore, LSOP initiates individual instructions for the stowage of special cargo on the ship.
