French Ports Situation – Strike Update 7

Hapag-Lloyd informs about the current situation.

We would like to inform you that as a consequence of the strikes initiated by the French port workers, we need to modify our schedules in order to ensure service integrity.

Kindly note that the following services will omit Le Havre:

Europe - Australia Express Service (EAX)

  • CC ORCHID 1004  / DP 43118, ETA Antwerp January 27, 2011
  • OTTAWA EXPRESS 1005 / DP 43120, ETA Antwerp February 6, 2011
  • PORTO 1006 / DP 43122, ETA Antwerp February 8, 2011
  • CC TULIP 1007 / DP 43991, ETA Antwerp February 16, 2011

All Le Havre import cargoes will be discharged and released at Antwerp.
All Le Havre export cargoes will have to be delivered to Antwerp Gateway Terminal 1700. Costs will be on account of the cargo.

Central America Express Service (SW3)

Until further notice this service will call the port of Dunkirk instead of Le Havre.
Terminal: Nord France Terminal International (NFTI) for import release and export containers

  • First vessel: CMA CGM Togo 1303/42867, ETA Dunkirk January 26, 2011
  • Followed by: AS ALICANTIA 1304 S, ETA Dunkirk February 2, 2011
