Also located in Hamburg are head office units like Yield Management & Network, Central Operations, Global Markets / Global Accounts, Personnel and IT.
The organization is based on a highly efficient blueprint principle that is identical worldwide. Each Region runs Business Administration, Operations and Sales / Customer Service.
