New CCE Service (California - Central America Express Service) - Asia to Central America - Service Improvement

27 Jan 2012

Hapag-Lloyd will start offering a new weekly service.

We are pleased to inform you that Hapag-Lloyd will start offering a new weekly service between California and Central America Westcoast, replacing our current MXC.

This service greatly improves the connection of main ports in Asia with the West Coast of Central America by means of relay via Manzanillo.

Main benefits include an enhanced port coverage in Central America as well as a new call at the Port of Corinto, Nicaragua with full connectivity to and from Asia.

First sailings from Asia connecting with this new service to Central America will commence as follows:

AME2 Service departing from Hong Kong on February 11, 2012
AME1 Service departing from Ningbo on February 17,  2012

From Central America to Asia, the CCE service will commence on March 17, 2012 in Puerto Caldera, Costa Rica in direct continuation to our previous service scheme.
