At the Shipping Instruction details screen you find a list of the complete Shipping Instruction history for a specific shipment. This history includes all submitted Shipping instructions for each Bill of Lading of the booking. Initially submitted Shipping Instructions as well as resubmitted ones (replacements) will be displayed in the order of your submission.
You have the possibility to download new eaSI forms or to open and resubmit already sent Shipping Instructions.
Note: Only Shipping Instructions can be opened again that have been submitted via the Hapag-Lloyd website (Submission Channel = Web).
Shortly after submitting your Shipping Instruction you can find an additional table showing your submitted Shipping Instructions which are still waiting to be processed at the Hapag-Lloyd systems.
If you have created drafts for your Shipping Instruction, you will find another table displaying the information of those.
