Whistleblower Hotline

It is Hapag-Lloyd’s stated policy to comply with all competition and anti-corruption requirements and the principles of our Code of Ethics.

Hapag-Lloyd expects its employees to support this approach by reporting any breaches of competition and anti-corruption laws and other policies and regulations to their supervisors, their local Compliance Officers, the Head of Corporate Audit, the Human Resources department, the Chief Compliance Officer or through the Whistleblower Hotline. The Whistleblower Hotline can also be used by our business partners and associates to inform us if they are aware of any breaches.

Should a whistleblower wish to remain anonymous, and without Hapag-Lloyd encouraging anonymous reporting, he or she may use the Whistleblower Hotline and call a specified local law firm, which will not reveal the caller’s identity. In such case, the facts reported must be sufficiently serious and detailed to allow further investigation.
