User Guide: Forgot your password

If you have forgotten your password for the Hapag-Lloyd Online services, you can here send a request to Hapag-Lloyd to resent your password to your Email account.

Input your User Id or your E-mail address and press the 'Find' button.

The lower section informs you whether the given User Id or E-mail address could be found within the Hapag-Lloyd database. If so, your password will be sent to your E-mail account. If not, please contact your local Hapag-Lloyd office.

Security

For security reasons you will be asked to enter the letters from the displayed image into the field provided.If you have difficulties reading the image, you can request a new code by clicking the respective link.

The 'Forgot your Password' service is reachable via the Online Business Menu / My Account or directly via our Home page.
