Canadian Pacific Rail Road – Non-Acceptance of Refrigerated Containers

Please note effective immediately Canadian Pacific Rail Road, CPRR, have stopped accepting refrigerated containers.

We therefore are advising that refrigerated containers moving inbound or outbound on CPRR are not being accepted for rail transport until further notice. Due to this action outside of our control, unfortunately, any additional costs related to this are for the account of the cargo.

We regret the inconvenience caused and we will provide further updates as soon as they become available.

This notice is written without prejudice to or modification or waiver of any terms and conditions contained in Hapag-Lloyd’s Bill of Lading, Sea Waybill, Tariff and any other applicable agreement, all of which are fully incorporated herein.
