Tunisia – Revised Terminal Congestion Surcharge

We would like to inform you that the operations in Rades, Tunisia are again being affected beyond normal conditions and the whole pro forma service is suffering under these circumstances.

As the situation has worsened, Hapag-Lloyd will further revise the current Terminal Congestion Surcharge on all import shipments to Rades as follows:

• USD 225 per TEU (or EUR 184 per TEU)
  

The above-mentioned surcharge is effective as from May 7, 2018.
For US trades the effective date is May 26, 2018 in accordance to FMC rule.

We regret any inconveniences caused. Once the situation in Rades gets back to normal, we will be waiving or mitigating this surcharge.
