Austria - Manual Booking fee
We would like to inform you that effective November 1, 2018 Hapag-Lloyd will charge a Manual Booking Fee of EUR 40 per booking for all bookings not received electronically (i.e. not submitted via our Hapag-Lloyd Online business Web booking tool, or other portal solutions like INTTRA or GT Nexus), as follows, in order to cover additional efforts resulting from manual handling:
