China – Change of Local charges code application & Revision of local charges
We would like to inform you that with effect from March 20, 2019 Hapag-Lloyd will use new charge codes to replace the following local surcharges for all exports and imports from / to Mainland China (excluding Hong Kong) as follows:
Incidental Charges - DAF/ LIF/ MPF
Remarks: In particular, Administration Fee Origin (ADO) is still applicable for South China for any Container misuse at Shenzhen, PRD and Fujian/ Change of vessel lifting fee at Shenzhen ports.
Mandatory Charges - ESF
