Belgium – Antwerp MPET Terminal - non-acceptance of physical customs documents

Following the Automatic Gate In (AGI) project, MPET Terminal will no longer accept physical customs documents with MRN for export containers at the terminal as from August 12, 2019.

Only paper customs documents without MRN must still be handed over physically at the terminal e.g.:

• Military 302 documents
• Export or T1 customs documents issued under an emergency procedure
• Carnet ATA documents

Customs documents with MRN have to be registered in advance via the C-Point eDesk application: https://www.c-point.be/en/services/e-desk or https://my.portofantwerp.com/

We expect that other terminals will also implement a similar procedure in the near future. Therefore, please prepare yourself to register all your customs documents in the eDesk application of C-Point for all terminals in Antwerp.
