Umm Qasr, Iraq - Booking Stop suspended

Further to our CustomerNews of November 6, 2019 the port of Umm Qasr, Iraq has announced on November 9, 2019 that the terminal productivity is back to normal and all operations are running smoothly. We are therefore, cancelling our booking stop to Umm Qasr, Iraq and accepting new bookings accordingly.

For any shipments on the water that have not yet omitted Umm Qasr, it should be feasible to discharge same according to their future schedule. We do anticipate that there may be some schedule adjustments.

For the shipments that have been diverted to Jebel Ali, we will begin the on-carriage to Umm Qasr as soon as possible, unless we have been advised of an alternate destination.
