Price Announcement for Peak Season Surcharge (PSS) in Mediterranean to Middle East / Indian Subcontinent

Hapag-Lloyd will apply a Peak Season Surcharge (PSS) for all container types on the Middle East trade from Mediterranean to Middle East & Indian Subcontinent. Effective for sailings as of March 1, 2020 and valid until further notice the PSS for Mediterranean ports to Middle East & Indian Subcontinent ports will be as follows:

• USD 75 per 20’
• USD 100 per 40’

The Ocean Tariff rates as well as Bunker-related surcharges, Security-related surcharges, Terminal Handling Charges (THCs) remain unchanged respectively as announced and can be found here.

Other local charges and contingency surcharges may apply in addition.
