Pakistan – Booking Cancellation Fee adjustment

with effect from April 4, 2020 we will revise the local Booking Cancellation Fee (BCF) for shipments to all destinations from Pakistan on the IG1 Service, India Arabian Gulf Service 1, as follows:

• USD 20 per Container
• The BCF will be applicable for a booking not completely utilized and non-utilization of any container slot in the respective booking.

In case of cancellation, customers are required to inform our booking desk in Pakistan at [email protected] at least 48 hours prior to the respective FCL Cut-Off date.

Failure to notify us accordingly, the Booking Cancellation fee will be applicable. The BCF will apply for all shipments which are cancelled or postponed by the customer from the first planned vessel and not loaded.
