Mexico – Demurrage / Detention
Please note that we will revise Demurrage & Detention for Merchant Haulage Charges both Export (MHO) and Imports (MHD) applicable in Mexico effective as from July 5, 2020 as follows:

Remarks:
- Effective Date: July 5, 2020.
- Expiration date: until further notice.
- Publishing date: 30 days’ notice.
- Applicable for all ports in/out Mexico (Dem./ Det. combined).
- All charges in US dollars and periods are based on calendar days, unless otherwise is specified.
Important Note: For Carrier Haulage movements, Free Time offered by carrier remain with no change applying the new tariff per day as above when below Free Time expires:
FREE TIME OFFERED FOR EXPORT & IMPORT IN CARRIER HAULAGE BASIS:
- All truck - 10 Days Free Time
- Rail Ramp – 12 Days Free Time
- Combined Rail – 15 Days Free Time
