Asia Mexico Express (TPM) Service - MV “Chicago” voyage 2009E - COVID-19 Incident

We regret to inform you that during normal operations of our MV “Chicago” voyage 2009E, deployed in our Asia Mexico Express (TPM) service, one member of the crew tested positive for COVID-19 in Shekou, China.

As a safety measure, the local authorities have ordered the vessel must remain at anchorage for 14 days, and has further directed that no cargo operations can be undertaken at this time causing a delay in the schedule. The vessel was quarantined prior to loading in Shekou, China.

We regret the inconvenience caused by this incident which remains beyond our control and is being directed by the authorities.
