Central America and Caribbean - Revision of Terminal Handling Charges Update
We refer to the CustomerNEWS published October 8, 2020 about the Terminal Handling charges for imports to El Salvador and Puerto Rico with effect from November 10, 2020. Please note that these charges do not only apply to dry containers but to all container types as follows:
The THC will apply for all trades, including trades to and from Europe. The Ocean Tariff rates as well as Bunker-related surcharges, Security-related surcharges, Peak Season surcharges (if applicable) and other THCs remain unchanged respectively as announced and can be found here.
Other local charges and contingency surcharges may apply in addition.
