German Seaport Depots – Temporary Measures for Pick-up of Empty Containers

In order to optimize the equipment supply during current tight Equipment situation,
we will implement a temporary measure for empty container releases affecting our
German Seaport Depots in Hamburg, Bremen and Bremerhaven.

With immediate effect, Hapag-Lloyd assigned depots will only release empty containers
seven (7) calendar days prior to FCL deadline of ocean vessel (FCL cut-off date).
The measure refers to 40GP & 40HC equipment only.

Please arrange your empty container pick-up schedule accordingly.
