Bookings from Poland/Gdynia – Feeder capacity limitations –Temporary booking suspension

Despite the ongoing pandemic, we are experiencing a skyrocketing demand in container bookings. As much as we appreciate this positive development, it also means unforeseeable operational challenges for us: We are doing everything we can to process all booking requests. However, the increase in export volume currently exceeds our feeder capacities. This development especially affects all shipments from the port of Gdynia in Poland. We expect the situation to remain extremely tight over the next weeks. Our aim is to support all received bookings and to accept as many bookings as our capacity allows. It might come to booking rejections in individual cases that exceed our normal capacity. We do our utmost to avoid such cases and to serve all our customers in the best way possible.

IMPORTANT NOTE FOR BOOKINGS FROM PORT OF GDYNIA:

Due to the current feeder capacity limitations we are unfortunately forced to stop booking acceptance for departures as from today on until 14 March 2021 from the port of Gdynia.

EXCEPTIONS:
We will continue to accept bookings on our direct call from Gdansk as well as other ports in Poland. We will also continue to accept bookings for Reefers and Special Equipment. Please contact your local sales representative for further information.
