China, Hong Kong, Taiwan – Booking Window Implementation (Update)

With reference to our previous customer letter on Booking Window Implementation for Greater China (including Hong Kong and Taiwan), we would like to provide another update.

With the launch of new the services (EA3/EC6), please be informed that there will be an adjustment to the booking window immediate effect subject to further evaluation and adjustment.

To avoid bookings being cancelled due to exceeded booking window, please refer to the updated information (table 1 & 2) under appendix for detailed information on service sling, port name basis with the days booking window open.
