Shipping from Karachi, PK to the Arabian Gulf? Rate changes are coming up

There is no easy way of saying this: our rates from Karachi, Pakistan to the Arabian Gulf will be increasing with an effective date August 1, 2021.

Please find below the details for this General Rate Increase (GRI):

• Container types: applies to all container types
• Rate increase per 20’ standard container: USD 100
• Rate increase per 40’ standard container: USD 100
• Rate increase per 40’ high cube container: USD 100

For your reference, the geographical scope of these changes is listed as follows:
Arabian Gulf countries: UAE, Oman, Kuwait, Iraq, Bahrain, Qatar; and Dammam and Jubail, Saudi Arabia.
