We are working every day to towards keeping our Quality Promise – Loaded as Booked. Therefore, we will be implementing a booking validity period. We are confident that this will be mutually beneficial and will enable our customers to better plan their logistics.
This updated booking process will be effective as of September 13, 2021 with the following remarks:
- Reminders will be sent according to the current practice on ETA-4 (Estimated Time of Arrival) to all customers with active bookings who have not collected empty containers. We request your response to the reminder within 4 hours confirming the validity of your booking. If there were no response to this reminder, the shipment will be considered a no-show and the booking will be cancelled.
- Confirmed shipments are required to have their empty containers collected from our depots within 24 hours of the firm stack opening. In case the empty containers have not been collected after 24 hours of the firm stack opening, we will proceed to cancel the booking as a no-show.
