Shipping from Denmark? Don’t forget to submit your Movement Reference Number (MRN)

Each day, we work towards keeping our Quality Promise: Loaded as Booked. To keep working towards this goal, we count on your support in submitting your Movement Reference Number (MRN) on time. For your reference, the MRN deadlines are the same as the Shipping Instruction closing, which are mentioned in our booking confirmation.

We would like to remind you that Danish custom rules state that any shipment without proper customs clearance will not be allowed to load onto the feeder. Please be reminded that Hapag-Lloyd is not involved in export clearance, and thus we kindly ask you to ensure that you obtain your MRN’s on time to submit them to us within the stated deadlines.

Please note that starting October 1, 2021, we will discontinue the reminders concerning missing MRN numbers.
