There's a setback! Temporary booking stop to Central America

The accumulated operational constraints caused by our industry’s current situation are affecting our services connecting to Central America. As a result, our main hubs at Cartagena, Colombia and Manzanillo, Panama are facing challenging transshipment operations and congestions.

With the above in mind, a temporary booking stop will be in place with immediate effect for cargo bound to Puerto Limon (CR), Santo Tomas de Castilla (GT) and Puerto Cortes (HN) via Cartagena or Manzanillo. This restriction will be in place until further notice, and we will ensure to keep you informed of additional developments concerning these changes.
