Here's an update for the Booking Window Implementation in China, Hong Kong and Taiwan

Here's an update to our previous news, concerning the Booking Window for China, Hong Kong and Taiwan. With your cargo planning in mind, we have updated our booking windows and you can find the document with detailed information, including service and port name, uploaded to our website here. Please use this updated information, that is effective immediately, to plan your bookings and avoid possible cancellations caused by an exceeded booking window.

Here are a few details that will assist you when reading booking windows' document:

1. A booking window is based on the timeline stated in the following tables for main services (Table 1) and feeder services (Table 2).
2. The Chinese New Year long holiday is right around the corner. With your cargo planning in mind, we will be expanding the booking window for your shipments. The calculation for booking window is according to the date of booking receipt until the vessel's Estimated Time of Departure from the Port.
3. Bookings received from and after the implementation date should follow the booking window logic.
4. Bookings received from the implementation date that fall outside the booking window scope will be cancelled.
