Hapag-Lloyd LIVE Plus just got smarter - here's the latest!

Our news section always refers to your cargo planning. This time, with your cargo planning in mind, we have developed a brand-new feature for our reefer containers.

Hapag-Lloyd LIVE, the smart monitoring technology for our reefer containers, is becoming smarter. How? A few months ago, we launched Hapag-Lloyd LIVE Plus that showcases enhanced features for commodities that require Controlled Atmosphere or Cold Treatment. Today, our product has an added dehumidification data functionality.

Thinking about transparency in your cargo tracking, we wanted to create a tool that would ensure visibility on the Relative Humidity inside a reefer container. This is especially relevant for products like fresh garlic, onions, ginger, seed potatoes or flower bulbs that require a certain level of relative humidity during their transport to prevent germination or decay. With this enhancement, certain abnormalities can be identified quickly and, where possible, addressed.
