There's a setback: temporary reefer booking stop for Douala, Cameroon

If you are shipping both to and from Douala, Cameroon, please keep in mind that there is a reefer booking stop that has been implemented and will remain until further notice. With your cargo planning in mind, please direct your new reefer bookings to the port of Kribi, Cameroon which remains unaffected by these operational challenges.

All reefer shipments on the way to Douala will be directly unloaded for transport, and therefore cargo consignees will have to agree to take delivery under tackle. Due to the operational constraints in Douala, we reserve the right to discharge in an alternative port in case the delivery under tackle is not possible. We will continue to monitor the situation and will provide further updates as they become available.
