User Guide: Shipping Guarantee

The ‘Booking Information’ section contains all relevant information about the submitted booking:

• Port of Departure: Loading port of your cargo (port of first vessel leg).
• Port of Discharge: Departure port of your cargo (port of last vessel leg).
• Estimated Time of Departure: Planned departure date of voyage.
• Schedule Voyage No.: The selected voyage for the shipping guarantee.
• Shipment No.: Number of the submitted booking.
• Customer Reference: Your selected booking reference.

This section displays the booked container for this shipment together with the Shipping Guarantee Fee (SGF) in freight currency applying for this voyage.

The ‘Total Amount’ is the sum of all Shipping Guarantee Fees.
