Providing efficient and smooth customer service with high responsiveness and fast issue resolution is at the top of our agenda. We have launched our Strategy2023 with an ambitious yet clear goal: To become the number one for quality, and this means placing a high priority on what matters most to our business: You.

What will this mean for you?

  • Simple and fast communication: We are establishing one mailbox for all customer service related inquiries. This means that you will only have to go to one place for all your questions, no matter what they concern. Simply send your inquiry to the central email address – and we will help you!
  • For the Netherlands, all Customer Service related inquiries must be sent to
    [email protected]
  • Only deviation from the [email protected] is manual Shipping Instruction and Bill draft amendment continue to be sent to [email protected]
  • Our new advanced structure will ensure your questions and comments are relayed instantly to the team caring just for your business.
  • Previously used email addresses will be discontinued as of November 18, 2019.
  • All customer service related inquiries sent to us will be allocated a case number, enabling you to quickly and efficiently track status and updates.

This new communication structure will increase the quality of the answers you receive from us, and we will be able to assist you with any inquiries you might have in a more efficient manner. What’s more, we will also be making improvements on the sales side. We will inform you with separate message on that.
