USA Rail Provider’s Storage reminder

We would like to remind you that regarding Railroad Storage, these costs are for the account of the merchant. There are a few notable exceptions as advised in our CustomerNews letter sent April 14, 2021.

Recently there have been some announcements by Norfolk Southern Railroad providers about changes to their free-time period for Storage. Please see these announcements on their website.

Any storage costs owed to the Railroad providers must be guaranteed directly with them prior to container pick-up.
