Here’s an update for Australia’s COVID19 arrangement, courier and postage information

On July 9, 2021, we shared the safety procedures related to COVID19 including courier and postage information. Please note that there is an update on our Sydney address, detailed as follows.

Sydney: All documents from New South Wales, Queensland, South Australia, Western Australia and the Northern Territory must be sent to the following address:

Melbourne: The address for Melbourne remains unchanged. All documents from Victoria must continue to be sent to:

Hapag-Lloyd (Australia) Pty. Ltd.

Melbourne VIC 3000

Please note that we are unable to release the delivery order unless we have the original with us. With this requirement in mind, we encourage you to use telex releases or post a day in advance as we have seen delays in the Australian post receipts, like the case of GPS which can reach on the arrival date or later.
