Shipping with our Gulf Caribbean Service (GCS)? A GRI is coming up

If you are shipping with our Gulf Caribbean Service (GCS), linking the Mexico Gulf Ports* with Central America and Caribbean** , a General Rate Increase (GRI) for cargo transported in Dry and Reefer containers is coming up.This GRI is applicable to all containers from April 1, 2025, and is valid until further notice.

The details for this increase are listed below:

• USD 300 per container 

For your reference, the geographical scope for this increase is explained below:

*From Mexico Gulf loading location: Altamira (MX) and Veracruz (MX) 

**To Central America and Caribbean discharge location: Puerto Barrios (GT), Puerto Cortes (HN), Caucedo (DO) (including destinations via this port) and San Juan (PR).
