India: Here's an update on Import Payments

Please be aware that the Hapag-Lloyd ODeX account number: 9190HPGLYD will be deactivated. Any payments made to this account after July 31, 2025, will not be accepted or processed.

Kindly use the new bank account number: 853210067652 (DBS Bank) for all future import-related payments via ODeX.

Important Information:

• Always refer to your invoice for complete and updated bank account details.
• Ensure the correct UTR (Unique Transaction Reference) or bank reference number is provided to avoid reconciliation delays.
• Payments made to the old account beyond July 31, 2025 may result in refund requirements via ODeX, potentially delaying Delivery Order (DO) or Bill of Lading (BL) issuance.

Please note: Hapag-Lloyd will not be responsible for coordinating refunds or redirections from ODeX.
