Summary
- Brazil - Minimal restrictions in place. Land and sea borders are open, ports and terminal operating normally. All offices are opened but 35% from our employees are still working from home.
- Argentina - Minimal restrictions in place. Land and sea borders are open, ports and terminal operating normally. Offices are opened but 98% and 82% from our employees are still working from home in Argentina and Uruguay respectively.
- Chile - Minimal restrictions in place. Land and sea borders are open, ports and terminal operating normally. Offices are opened but 77%, 87% and 62% from our employees are still working from home in Santiago, Viña del Mar and Santa Cruz, Bolivia.
- Peru - Minimal restrictions in place. Land and sea borders are open, ports and terminal operating normally. Offices are still closed.
- Colombia - Minimal restrictions in place. Land and sea borders are open, ports and terminal operating normally. Offices in Cartagena, QSC Bogotá and Bogotá AO are opened but 35% and 95% from our employees are still working from home.
- Costa Rica - Minimal restrictions in place. Land and sea borders are open, ports and terminal operating normally. Offices are opened but 92% from our employees are still working from home.
- Guatemala- Minimal restrictions in place. Land and sea borders are open, ports and terminal operating normally. Offices are opened but 80% from our employees are still working from home.
- Mexico - Minimal restrictions in place. Land and sea borders are open, ports and terminal operating normally. Office in Mexico City is open and the rest remain closed but 98% from our employees of the area are still working from home.
- Ecuador - Minimal restrictions in place. Land and sea borders are open, ports and terminal operating normally. Offices are opened in Guayaquil but closed in Quito, but 94% of our employees are still working from home.
Terminal operations
- Argentina - Bahía Blanca, still continue working at 70%
- Paraguay - Still working at 85% capacity
- Ensenada, MX: Terminal, as well as local authorities with increase of positive cases, starting to see a lack of personnel.
- Docau, DR: Experiencing some delays due to lack of stevedores, currently at utilization at only 75% of berth due to lack personnel.
- Buenos Aires, Argentina: Exlogan with increase of COVID cases, had to reduce working gangs form 5 to 3 over last weeks. PM productivity also lowered performance.
Depots
- Port of Arica, Chile: closed due to positive cases.
Trucking availability
- LMX Truck drivers staff reduction due to coronavirus impact.
Feeder availability
- X-press : Continue with bi-weekly frequency in Big Island SSY, RLA is still under negotiation for 2022
Rail
- MXLZC: Railway service has been re-stablished, block has ended.
- MXATM: Rail – 10 to 50% less personal (railway service calling every two days)
