In view of the worsening congestion currently experienced in Manila, both inside the Terminals and with vessels waiting for a berth, Hapag-Lloyd will implement a Peak Season Surcharge (PSS) for all inbound cargo into the ports of Manila, Philippines as follows:
From Asia, Middle East, Oceania, Africa, Central and Latin America to Manila, Philippines, this implementation will be effective from October 22, 2018 as set out below:
