Gulf Caribbean Service (GCS) - Schedule Reliability Initiative

In an effort to improve the schedule reliability of our GCS Service, especially during the winter season, we have decided as Hapag-Lloyd (and sole vessel operator) to phase in an additional vessel.

This investment will improve our schedule reliability and assist to avoid delays and port omissions in future.

The new vessel to phase in will be M/V “MINERVA” commencing on November 23, 2018 at Cartagena.

We trust foregoing will clearly enhance the quality of service to better meet your requirements.
