SWX Service – MV “Guayaquil Express” - Voyage 8144S / 8144N

Further to our CustomerInfo letter of November 19, 2018 we would like to provide you with the latest information about the current situation of MV “Guayaquil Express” Voyage 8144S / 8144N, which experienced weather constraints during her Atlantic crossing.

The port of Callao has not been able to provide a suitable berth window for the vessel; for this reason it has been decided to omit Callao and sail directly to Chile. Callao Imports will be discharged directly at Peru during the northbound call on Monday December 10, 2018.

Additionally, since November 16, 2018 the port of Valparaiso has been affected by a strike of the Stevedores Union, blocking all port access and preventing any cargo to arrive to stacking.

Considering the uncertain development of the strike, and looking for the best alternative for our customers, it has been decided that MV “Guayaquil Express” Voyage 8144S / 8144N, will call “Puerto Central” Terminal at San Antonio, Chile.

Above situation will affect all import and export cargo. Consequently customers concerned are kindly requested to arrange pick up respectively delivery of their containers at San Antonio.

Accordingly, adjusted schedule for MV “Guayaquil Express” Voyage 8144S / 8144N will now be as follows:

• Callao: Omitted.
• Puerto Angamos: Omitted
• San Antonio: Thursday, December 6, 06:00 hrs.
• Callao: Monday, December 10, 19:00 hrs.
  
• Buenaventura: Friday, December 14, 10:00 hrs.
• Manzanillo: Monday, December 17, 18:00 hrs.
• Cartagena: Wednesday, December 19, 02:00 hrs.
• Caucedo: Friday, December 21, 10:00 hrs.
• Rotterdam: Tuesday, January 01, 05:00 hrs.
