India – Sea Cargo Manifest and Transshipment Regulations

Further to earlier CustomerInfo dated February 26, 2019 on the implementation date of India Sea Cargo Manifest and Transshipment Regulations 2018 (SCMT), please note that same has been postponed for a further period of no less than 3 months.

Foregoing is based on Notification No. 17 /2019-Customs (N.T.) issued by Ministry of Finance, Government of India, whereby the implementation date of India Sea Cargo Manifest & Transshipment Regulation has now been further deferred to August 1, 2019.
