Please note that Antwerp Euro Terminal (AET) has announced they will no longer accept physical customs documents (with MRN) for export containers at the terminal as from November 1, 2019.
Only paper customs documents without MRN still have to be handed over physically at the terminal, such as:
- Military 302 documents
- Export or T1 customs documents issued under an emergency procedure
- Carnet ATA documents
- and more...
Customs documents with MRN have to be registered in advance via the C-Point eDesk application.
Alternatively you could navigate to the "My Port of Antwerp" website for guidance or C-Point registration.
We kindly remind you that MPET no longer accepts physical customs documents already since August 12, 2019, as advised in our customer letter of August 1, 2019.
We expect that more terminals will also implement a similar procedure in the near future. Therefore, please prepare yourself to register all your customs documents in the eDesk application of C-Point for all terminals in Antwerp.
