1. Online Hapag-Lloyd Services including e-booking, shipping instructions, VGM and navis updates. Including portal EDI.
2. Email
You will experience a delay in response messages such as booking confirmations and draft bills of lading during this time when using EDI communication through booking and bill of lading portals.
Your business is important to us and we appreciate your patience and understanding for our delayed reply.
We will be up and running as usual on Monday 27-January-2020 when we will process all requests received.
We urge all customers to process the necessary documentation required for the weekend by Friday 24-January close of business, to minimize the impact of the unavailable services.
