USA and Canada Cross Border – CN Rail Dangerous Goods Surcharge on Tanks

We would like to inform you that Canadian National Railway (CNR) has implemented a Dangerous Goods Surcharge on tank containers effective May 1, 2020.

As a result and to ensure that we can continue to offer you the service quality you are accustomed to receiving from us, we will apply $400 CAD (DGO / DGD) on any tank containers with dangerous goods moving with Canadian National Railway (CNR) effective June 1, 2020.
