IOS Service – M/V Hong Kong Express voyage 0313W Vessel Incident

We regret to inform you that the M/V Hong Kong Express voyage 0313W was involved in an incident during discharge operations at Jeddah on June 2, 2020. No injuries have been reported. A number of containers and the vessel sustained damages.

Operations has successfully discharged all damaged containers and we will make contact separately to the affected customers including operational contingency plans and updated schedules.

We are currently working closely with the experts to identify the damages and prepare the vessel to sail on 8th June, if all the conditions allow, in order to have the vessel continue on her scheduled rotation.
