Canada: Montreal Industrial Action - Regulatory Requirements for Saint John, NB

The CP Rail route to and from Saint John, NB travels through the United States. As a result, there are currently some regulatory filings to the US Food and Drug Administration (FDA) that will be necessary for specific commodities.

It is the responsibility of the cargo owner to make this filing. As it is understood that this was not a requirement for cargo through the Port of Montreal, CP Rail can assist in this matter.

If you require assistance for filing, you can reach out to CP Rail directly for support. Please contact: [email protected]

CP is engaged with FedEx on this process and can conduct your filing, or assist in connecting you through this avenue.
