According to the restrictions of public knowledge, established by the Central Bank of the Republic of Argentina, we inform you that Hapag-Lloyd Argentina S.R.L. does not provide payment agency services by third parties ("Third Payment Agency").

This decision involves both resident and non-resident customers who request payment of freight and other charges in Argentina, for shipments between two different countries, in which Argentinean ports are not involved.

If you are a customer resident in Argentina and would like to choose to use the option of payment "abroad" of services that are included in the previous paragraph, we request that you formalize your application through the Office / Agent involved in the port of loading / port of discharge, using the location of payment of that Office / Agent (as responsible for collection), for which you must comply with the procedures established by them.
