Pacific North Loop 4 (PN4) service - Tsingtao Express COVID-19 Incident

We regret to inform you that during normal operations of the Tsingtao Express, deployed in our Pacific North Loop 4 (PN4) service several members of the crew tested positive for COVID-19 upon arrival of the vessel at Pusan, Korea.

Local authorities were duly notified and crew was immediately isolated and brought to a quarantine facility ashore. We are hoping for a speedy recovery.

At the moment the vessel is located off the coast of Pusan and we are currently assessing any potential impact on vessel, cargo operations and berthing dates for subsequent ports and we will provide more information as soon as it becomes available.

Please be assured that we are closely monitoring the situation and will continue to do our utmost to safeguard the health and well-being of all of our seafarers during the pandemic. We shall also continue to work with the relevant local health authorities and abide by all governmental directives as to this situation.
